Cavallo Island is truly stunning, but sadly, the hotel fell short of our expectations. The service was consistently lacking, making our stay frustrating rather than relaxing. The room was okay, but many areas of the hotel seemed outdated. While the island itself is a paradise, I wouldn't recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
